We want you to be delighted
with every item you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items
at any time. You will receive a full refund within 7 days on items returned in original
packaging and condition with a copy of your invoice.
Shipping Rates
New Mexico Bead and Fetish has a flat fee
shipping rate of $7 on all orders under $100. Any size, any weight, it all ships for only $7.
Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which will reach you in 2 to 5 business
days.
Expedited Shipping
For orders requiring faster shipment, we offer UPS
special services ie: 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight. Please call us at 800-687-2701
for rates.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping for internet orders totaling $100 or more,
shipping to a destination in the United States, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Palau, US Virgin Islands
or Guam. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which will reach you in 2 to 5
business days.
Handling fees
No handling fees or surcharges on any order, ever.
Price Changes
Prices may change without
notice due to customs duties or other circumstances beyond our
control such as currency exchange.
Color and quality of our beads
Due to the
nature of our products, some are subject to slight variations in
size, color and finish. For instance, natural stones and dye lots on
glass seed beads can vary, and our handmade silver beads from India
may change from shipment to shipment.

Backorders
If anything you order is out of stock we'll notify you.
We won't substitute items without your okay and you'll only be charged for items you
receive. We don't keep backorder files, so you'll need to re-order any out of stock items.
Sales Tax
Shipments in the State of New Mexico are subject to sales tax.
If you have a New Mexico non-tax certificate, please fax or mail it to us and we'll note the
exemption on your account.

Please note some areas of our site, related to simple
communication, do not pass information through our secure server and

send your credit card information to us or anyone else via

also monitor how our visitors use our site in order to make it more

When you supply us with your phone number, we will only contact
you with questions or follow up information about orders you have
